It’s summertime at Quarter Moon Farm, and that means plenty of activity. There are weeds to tend to, farmer’s market to attend, garlic heads to check on, recipes to be tested, and on and on!

The first garlic of the season is pulled to see if it’s ready. Not quite, but very close!
Quarter Moon Farm is all set up and ready to go at the farmer’s market in Peterborough. You can also find them at the Keene and Milford farmers market on Saturdays throughout the summer.
Meanwhile, the sun and the rain are doing their job, and the fields of organic garlic are soaking them in!
