This sweet and peanut buttery delight is fun to make with any little ones in your life!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces black garlic bulbs (two bags)
- ¼ cup of peanut butter
- a pinch of salt
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor; adjust to taste.
- Form small balls (about the size of a walnut) and place on cookie sheet.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut if you wish.
Refrigerate the Bolos until ready to eat. Or, if you prefer, put the cookie sheet into the freezer until the Bolos are frozen. Then you can store them in a Ziploc bag in the freezer, and take a few out at a time when you need a sweet treat!
