Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 orange pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup of shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 3 eggs
- grated cheddar cheese, to taste
- handful pea sprouts
- 4-6 black garlic cloves
Directions
- Sauté onion, pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
- Add the eggs, and stir until done to your liking.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and pea sprouts on top.
Plate your breakfast scramble, and add 4 to 6 cloves of black garlic on top. Enjoy your breakfast, and then have a great day!
