Kiss that salty onion dip goodbye! Black garlic dip is healthier and tastier — and super simple to make.
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 black garlic cloves (or more, to taste)
- Peel the black garlic cloves.
- Chop them finely.
- Whisk them into the sour cream.
- Add a dash of salt if you wish.
Use more black garlic if you want a stronger flavor. Chop carrots and celery, or any other crunchy vegetable, for healthy dipping. Bonus points for this dip is that it leaves no aftertaste!
This dip works equally well on top of a baked potato. Or scoop the skins, top with the dip, and serve black garlic potato skins as an appetizer.
