Ingredients
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
- Two pistachios per candy bite, or a nut of your choice (salted or non-salted, but the saltiness of the nut is amazing with this combination)
- One clove of black garlic per candy bite
- Coarse sea salt, optional
Directions
- Put two pistachios into mini muffin cups or candy wrapper cups.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Spoon chocolate over nuts.
- While chocolate is still soft, top each candy with a black garlic clove.
- If desired, sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Allow candy to cool and set.
