Nanette put this flatbread together with ingredients she sourced at Trader Joe’s — except for the Quarter Moon’s Black Garlic Vinaigrette.
- Romaine (organic)
- Arugula (organic)
- Red onion
- Smoked Oysters
- TJoe’s flatbread
- Black Garlic Vinaigrette (organic)
- Spread the flatbread with a little mayonnaise.
- Arrange greens on top of flatbread.
- Add a few slices of red onion, to taste.
- Top with smoked oysters.
- Drizzle on Quarter Moon’s Black Garlic Vinaigrette.
- Use a dash of pink salt, if desired.
