Breakfast is one of the best times for tossing in some black garlic to make an ordinary start to your day extra special.
Do you have some leftover brown rice in your refrigerator? Sautée a small onion, and then scramble in your leftover rice with fresh eggs. In the photo shown here, duck eggs were used!
Of course, you can start with cooking a new batch of brown rice, but not everyone has the time for that in the morning. If you have leftover cooked potatoes, they can also be re-purposed equally well in a breakfast scramble.
Zucchini or green beans in your veggie bin? Think of scrambling those in as well. Or sautée those on the side to ensure a serving of greens before your day starts.
Add a few black garlic cloves on the side, and you’ve got great health benefits and great taste covered!
