- Quarter Moon Black Garlic Tapenade
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Large shrimp
- Freshly grated black pepper
- Butterfly each shrimp and quickly sear.
- Place shrimp on plate and top with Black Garlic Tapenade and chopped basil.
- Add grated black pepper, to taste.
