Here is a very healthy dinner menu idea: Salmon with mashed black garlic served with Black Rice Ramen.
Cook a portion of wild caught salmon; poaching or grilling is recommended, but prepare it in whatever manner you like best. Then mash several black garlic bulbs with extra virgin olive oil (Kalamon Blend Extra Virgin Olive oil from The Natural Olive is recommended).
Place a few leaves of Romaine lettuce on a dinner plate, and then place your serving of salmon on top of the lettuce. Top the salmon with the mashed black garlic. Lightly salt, if you wish.
A terrific side is Black Rice Ramen tossed in coconut liquid aminos and Ginger Ade Kombucha. Told you it was healthy! Enjoy every bite!
