Panna cotta is a traditional Italian dessert; try this version, which has several special twists. So easy . . . and so good!
- One can of organic coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped black garlic
- Extra black garlic for topping
- Berries of your choice for topping
- Mix thoroughly and pour into ramekin bowls.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with thinly sliced black garlic and strained puréed berries, or other toppings of your choice.
